In the following years, he won numerous piano competitions; among them the "American Protégé" at Carnegie Hall, NY, three editions of the "J.S. Lorenzo has performed in many concerts: for example many times at "Piano City Festival" in Milan and at "Amici del Loggione della Scala" Association; at Conservatorio "G. Verdi", with Lonquich as conductor and the Shostakovich concerto for piano, trumpet and orchestra. He also attended masterclasses with Alexander Oetiker, Lilya Zilberstein, Leonid Margarius and Alexander Romanovsky, receiving merit certificates.
Lorenzo's chamber music trio was awarded in 2017 the second prize of Chamber Music at Conservatorio "G. Verdi". In 2018 the trio won the "Dragoni" prize sponsored by "Società del Quartetto", Milan, and performed at "International Youth Festival", Kyoto, where Lorenzo played also as solo pianist and conductor. Since 2016, Lorenzo has been teaching both in-person and online to students of all levels aged 9-60. Thanks to the "Art of Piano Teaching" course he attended at the RCM, he has developed a unique and efficient method that allowed many of his students to succeed in competitions and auditions.
